[摘要] 目的：利用综合护理的方法消除围绝经期女性心理障碍，提高其生活质量。方法：选取在我所2008年更年期门诊中就诊的患有不同程度的围绝经期焦虑、抑郁等心理障碍症状的患者98例，并随机将其分为观察组(52例)和对照组(46例)。两组在同等基础上给予常规检验和药物治疗。观察组另加综合护理干预，在干预前后两组都采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评分，1个月后再次评价患者情绪变化情况。结果：两组干预后SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前((P<0.05，P<0.01)；观察组在接受综合护理干预后SAS、SDS分值均明显低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论：通过综合护理方法能改善围绝经期女性焦虑、抑郁的情绪，消除心理障碍提高生活质量。

Comprehensive nursing methods for perimenopausal women with psychological barriers

[Abstract] Objective: To eliminate perimenopausal women's psychological barriers and improve their quality of life by employing comprehensive nursing methods. Methods: By randomly selecting 98 patients treated in the perimenopausal outpatient in the year of 2008, who lived with some degree of psychological barriers such as depression and anxiety during the perimenopausal period, as the research object and randomly dividing them into observation group (52 cases) and control group (46 cases). The two groups were equally treated while comprehensive nursing intervention was added to the observation group. Both groups were evaluated by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) before and after the intervention. One month later, the changes of moods in both groups were assessed. Results: The scores of SAS and SAD of two groups after intervention were lower than that of before intervention (P<0.05, P<0.01). After the observation group received the comprehensive nursing intervention, their scores of SAS and SAD were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing methods can help reduce anxiety and depression, eliminate the psychological barriers and improve the quality of life.
