[摘要] 目的：观察探讨五加生化胶囊配合药物流产的临床疗效，总结其临床价值。方法：选取我院2008年2月~2010年2月160例自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女，随机分为观察组和对照组，各80例，观察组使用五加生化胶囊配合药物流产，对照组采用常规药物流产，观察对比两组流产结果、清宫率、阴道出血时间及阴道出血量，记录相关数据进行统计学分析。结果：观察组中显效65例，有效12例，无效3例，清宫率为3.75%，总有效率为96.25%；对照组中显效27例，有效32例，无效21例，清宫率为25.00%，总有效率为73.75%，两组流产结果及清宫率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组阴道出血时间及阴道出血量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：五加生化胶囊配合药物流产的临床疗效显著，不良反应小，有效减少阴道流血量，安全可靠，值得在临床上合理推广应用。

80 cases of Wujiashenghua Capsule combining drug abortion

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical effection of Wujiashenghua Capsule combining drug abortion and summarize its clinical value. Methods: 160 early pregnant women patients who voluntarily required drug abortion in hospital from February 2008 to February 2010 were randomly divided into observation group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases), the observation group were given Wujiashenghua Capsule combining drug abortion, control group were given conventional drug abortion. The abortion effect, rate of curettage, times of vaginal bleeding and vaginal bleeding volume of two groups were observed and compared, related data were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results: In observation group, there were 65 cases with marked effect, 12 cases with effective, 3 cases with no effect, the rate of curettage was 3.75%, total effective rate was 96.25%. In control group, there were 27 cases with marked effect, 32 cases with effective, 21 cases with no effect, the rate of curettage was 25.00%, total effective rate was 73.75%. The abortion effect and rate of curettage had significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), the times of vaginal bleeding and vaginal bleeding volume also had significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Wujiashenghua Capsule combining drug abortion has significant effection, less adverse reaction, it can effectively reduce the vaginal bleeding volume, safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical application ......
