糖化血红蛋白水平与糖尿病性周围神经病变程度的相关性(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的病情程度与血浆糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平的关系。 方法 收集糖尿病周围神经病变患者(观察组)120例及同期在我院行健康体检的健康者(对照组)60例，抽取清晨空腹静脉血5 mL，采用免疫透射比浊法检测HbA1c水平。 结果 经检测对照组HbA1c含量均处于4.0%~6.4%，观察组HbA1c ≥ 10.0%的患者占52.5%。HbA1c为6.5%~9.0%的患者占27.5%，观察组HbA1c处于高水平者多于对照组，处于低水平者少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 5.86、7.26，均P < 0.05)。观察组不同病情患者HbA1c水平均高于对照组(t = 6.72、7.39、9.86，均P < 0.05)，并且观察组DPN患者随着病情加重HbA1c水平逐渐升高，组内相比差异有统计学意义(F = 13.462，P < 0.05)。 结论 DPN患者血浆糖化血红蛋白的水平明显高于正常者，并且血浆糖化血红蛋白水平随着病变程度加重而升高，可作为评价病变程度的重要参考指标。

Relationship between plasma levels of glycated hemoglobin with degree of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between the condition of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and plasma level of glycated hemoglobin. Methods 120 cases with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (observation group) in our hospital and 60 cases over the same period of healthy people (control group), taking fasting blood 5 mL, HbA1c level was assayed by immune turbidimetric. Results The HbA1c levels of the control group were all between 4.0%-6.4% , the majority of observed group with HbA1c levels ≥10.0%, accounted for 52.5%, 6.5%-9.0% accounted for 27.5%, patients with high HbA1c level of observation group were more than the control group, patients with low HbA1c level of observation group were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 5.86, 7.26, all P <0.05); HbA1c level of observation group was higher than the control group (t = 6.72, 7.39, 9.86，all P < 0.05), and in observation group, HbA1c levels gradually increased with exacerbations, the difference in group was statistically significant (F = 13.462, P <0.05).
