中药抗心衰合剂治疗气虚血瘀阳虚水泛型充血性心力衰竭临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 评价温阳利水合剂对气虚阳虚血瘀型充血性心力衰竭患者的中医证候疗效、心功能分级等指标的干预作用和作用机制。 方法 选取我院2009年1月～2010年1月住院及门诊治疗的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者70例，将其随机分为对照组与实验组，每组各35例。对照组给予西药基础治疗，实验组在西药治疗基础上加用温阳利水合剂，两组均治疗30 d，比较治疗后两组心功能及症状改善情况。 结果 两组治疗后心功能级别改善情况比较(Z = -2.495，P ＝ 0.013)，实验组心功能分级改善总有效率与对照组比较(91.4% vs 71.4%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 4.629，P = 0.031)，实验组优于对照组。 结论 在常规西药治疗的基础上，联用温阳利水合剂治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果优于常规西药治疗，中西医结合治疗方案具有一定的临床应用前景。

Clinical research on traditional Chinese medicine mixture of heart failure in the treatment of congestive heart failure of the syndrome of qi deficiency with blood stasis and yang deficiency with water flood

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the curative effects on interventions and mechanism of action of Warm Yang and Dissipate Water Mixture in the treatment of congestive heart failure of the syndrome of qi deficiency with blood stasis and yang deficiency with water flood. Methods 70 patients who were treated from January 2009 to January 2010 were selected as the respondents. They were randomly divided into control group and experiment group, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated by basis Western medicine. Patients in experiment group were treated by Warm Yang and Dissipate Water Mixture combined basis Western medicine. Both groups were treated 30 d. The hearts function and symptoms improvement situation of two grougs after treatment were compared. Results Comparison of heart function improvement (Z = -2.495，P ＝ 0.013) and the improved rate (91.4% vs 71.4%), the differences between two groups were statistically significance(χ2 = 4.629, P = 0.031), the results of the experiment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion The effects of Warm Yang and Dissipate Water Mixture based on Western treatment are better than conventional Western medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic congested heart failure ......
