[摘要] 目的 探讨脑梗死患者的护理干预方法，提高治疗效果。 方法 对我院2009年12月～2011年3月收治的138例脑梗死患者，在精心治疗的基础上，采用心理护理、饮食指导、健康教育及康复训练等护理干预措施。评价其疗效。结果 本组138例患者经以上治疗及护理后均治愈或好转出院，总有效率为94.9%，无一例恶化或死亡。 结论 对急性脑梗死患者及早实施治疗的同时，给予系统的护理干预，可提高临床治愈率，提高患者生活质量。

    Nursing intervention experience in patients with acute cerebral infarction

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction methods to improve therapeutic effect. Methods 138 patients with cerebral infarction from December 2009 to March 2011 were treated, and given the nursing intervention measures of psychological care, food guidance, health education and rehabilitation training in the basis of careful treatment. The effect was evaluated. Results 138 patients over the treatment and nursing were cured or improved after hospital discharge with the efficient rate of 94.9%, and no case was pejorative or death. Conclusion Acute cerebral infarction with early implementation treatment at the same time, and giving the nursing intervention system, can improve the clinical cure rate and the quality of life of the patients. ......
