中西医结合治疗慢性附睾炎不育症及其彩超图像的对比分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察中西医结合治疗对慢性附睾炎不育症患者精子质量的影响及治疗前后附睾影像学的变化。 方法 将77例慢性附睾炎不育症患者分为实验组(40例)和对照组(37例)。实验组给予口服左卡尼汀口服液和大黄■虫胶囊，对照组口服司帕沙星。治疗90 d后，观察两组精子质量的变化及彩超图像的改变情况。 结果 治疗后，两组精液质量、附睾大小、附睾彩色多普勒超声血流分级较治疗前有改善，差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。实验组精子密度治疗前后分别为(15.34±2.33)×106/mL、(36.52±1.36)×106/mL；对照组精子密度治疗前后分别为(16.11±1.31)×106/mL、(21.16±2.11)×106/mL；实验组精子活动率治疗前后分别为(37.33±2.85)%、(71.25±5.25)%，对照组精子活动率治疗前后分别为(38.21±2.98)%、(57.24±3.22)%。治疗后实验组各指标较对照组改善更明显，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 中西医结合治疗对慢性附睾炎不育症有明显的疗效。
