[摘要] 目的 观察华蟾素联合CapeOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。 方法 将Ⅲb~Ⅳ期晚期胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均采用CapeOX方案化疗2个周期，即第1天给予奥沙利铂每日130 mg/m2，每3周重复1次；第1天使用卡培他滨每日2 000 mg/m2，分2次口服，连用14 d，休息7 d，第22日重复，3周为1个周期；治疗组在化疗同时加用华蟾素注射液30 mL+5%GS 500 mL，每日1次，连用14 d。 结果 治疗组和对照组有效率分别为43.75%和31.25%，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。治疗组白细胞减少发生率及消化道反应发生率较对照组明显减少，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗组Kamofsky评分改善率优于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 华蟾素联合CapeOX方案与单纯CapeOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的客观疗效相近，但前者不良反应小，生活质量改善明显。

Efficacy of Cinobufacini combined with CapeOX regimen in treatment of advanced gastric cancer

[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of Cinobufacini combined with CapeOX regimen in treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Phase Ⅲb-Ⅳ stage of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both group were treated with 2 cycles of CapeOX chemotherapy: Oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 was used every time at the first day, which was repeated every 3 weeks, and Capecitabine 2 000 mg/m2 was used once a day at the first day, for 14 d, rested 7 d, and taken 3 weeks as a cycle. At the same time, Cinobufacini injection 30 mL +5% GS 500 mL was used in the treatment group once a day, for 14 days. Results Effective rate of the treatment group was 43.75% and the control group was 31.25%, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Compared with the control group, the incidence of neutropenia and gastrointestinal reactions of the treatment group were markedly reduced (P < 0.05). And the improvement rate of Kamofsky score of the treatment group significantly increased than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of Cinobufacini combined with CapeOX regimen in treatment of advanced gastric cancer is similar with pure CapeOX chemotherapy, and the former treatment has less adverse reaction, which can significantly improve the life quality of patients ......
