     [摘要] 目的 建立同时测定双丹口服液中3种活性成分没食子酸、丹参素和原儿茶醛含量的分析方法。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Sino Chrom ODS-BP C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-3%冰醋酸水溶液(8∶92),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为280 nm。 结果 没食子酸、丹参素和原儿茶醛分别在5.0~100.0 μg/mL(r = 0.999 8)、7.5~150.0 μg/mL(r = 0.999 9)、5.0~100.0 μg/mL(r = 0.999 8)范围内具有良好的线性关系,加样回收率(n = 6)依次为99.2%、99.8%、100.3%。 结论 本方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,适用于双丹口服液的质量控制。

    Simultaneous determination of gallic acid, danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Shuangdan Oral Liquid by RP-HPLC

    [Abstract] Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of gallic acid, danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Shuangdan Oral Liquid. Methods HPLC was performed on Sino Chrom ODS-BP C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-3% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution (8∶92). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the temperature of column was 30℃, and the wave length of detection was 280 nm. Results The linear relationship were good for gallic acid, danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde within the range of 5.0-100.0 μg/mL (r = 0.999 8), 7.5-150.0 μg/mL (r = 0.999 9) and 5.0-100.0 μg/mL (r = 0.999 8), with the recoveries (n = 6) of 99.2%, 99.8% and 100.3%, respectively. Conclusion The established HPLC method is simple and relible with good reproducibility, which is suitable for the analysis and quality control of gallic acid, danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Shuangdan Oral Liquid.
