丹参水提取物对小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察丹参水提取物对小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响。 方法 使用水提醇沉法制备丹参水提取物。将小鼠分为空白对照组、红景天对照组(阳性对照组)和丹参水提取物低、中、高剂量组,通过常压密闭缺氧实验、KCN中毒缺氧实验和急性脑缺血性缺氧实验观察丹参水提取物对缺氧小鼠的保护作用及其对小鼠外周血象的影响。 结果 与空白对照组比较,丹参水提取物组和红景天对照组可以明显延长小鼠常压密闭缺氧情况下的存活时间,并且可以改善小鼠KCN中毒状况,避免小鼠死亡。丹参水提取物还可以明显增加小鼠断头后的呼吸次数(P < 0.05)。丹参水提取物的中、高剂量组在3种缺氧情况下的抗缺氧效果与红景天对照组相当(P > 0.05)。和空白对照组比较,丹参水提取物组和红景天对照组还可以显著提高小鼠外周血中红细胞和血红蛋白的含量(P < 0.05或P < 0.01),丹参水提取物高剂量组和红景天对照组还显著提高了小鼠外周血中白细胞的含量(P < 0.01)。 结论 丹参水提物可以有效地提高小鼠耐缺氧的能力。

    Effects of water extract from salvia miltiorrhiza on hypoxia tolerance of mice

    [Abstract] Objective To study the effects of water extract from salvia miltiorrhiza on hypoxia tolerance of mice. Methods The water extract from salvia miltiorrhiza was prepared by water extracted-alchohol precipitated method. The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank control group, rhodiola control group (postive control group) and three water extract groups with low, middle and high doses. The effects of the water extract from salvia miltiorrhiza on hypoxia tolerance of mice were measured with the closed normobaric hypoxia mice experiment, KCN poisoning-hypoxia experiment and acute cerebral ischemic-hypoxico experiment. The peripheral blood conponent of mice were determined. Results Compared with blank control group, three water extract groups and rhodiola control group could obviously increase the survival time of mice with the closed normobaric hypoxia (P < 0.05). Three water extract groups and rhodiola control group could improve the KCN poisoning symptom of mice, all of mice in these groups were survival.
