[摘要] 目的 评价霉酚酸酯治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎的疗效和安全性。 方法 运用Cochrane图书馆、PUBMED、EMBASE、CBMdisc、CNKI等电子数据库，检索截止时间为2011年8月30日，由1名临床工作者和2名评价员根据纳入标准执行文献纳入工作，由2名评价员进行资料提取和质量评价，对同质资料进行Meta分析。 结果 共纳入3个随机对照试验，共计57例患者，均为中文文献。三项研究均存在较大偏倚风险，相互之间存在临床异质性，故未进行Meta分析。 结论 霉酚酸酯治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎缺少高质量的随机对照试验，现有的研究存在着选择偏倚、实施偏倚、测量偏倚、报告偏倚的可能性，因此有必要进一步开展高质量、大样本随机对照试验评价其疗效和安全性。

A systematic review of Mycophenolate Mofetil for hepatitis B virus-associated glomerulonephritis

[Abstract] Objective To assess the effectiveness and safety of Mycophenolate Mofetil in therapy of hepatitis B virus-associated glomerulonephritis. Methods Databases including Cochrane library, PUBMED, EMBASE, CBMdisc, CNKI until August 30 in 2011 were searched. Studies were retrieved by a doctor and two systematic reviewers according to criteria of inclusion. Quality of studies was assessed by two systematic reviewers who extracted data. The homogenous data were given Meta-analysis. Results Three randomized controlled tests involving 57 participants were enrolled, all of which were done in China. All the studies were with high risk of bias and there was clinical heterogeneity between them. So Meta-analysis was not given. Conclusion Randomized controlled trial on Mycophenolate Mofetil in therapy of hepatitis B virus-associated glomerulonephritis with high quality is not available at present and studies enrolled in this review have selection bias, performance bias, detection bias and reporting bias. So it is necessary to carry out randomized controlled trials with higher quality and larger sample to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of mycophenolate mofetil in therapy of hepatitis B virus-associated glomerulonephritis ......
