[摘要] 随着医学模式由传统模式向“社会-心理-生物”模式转变，社会变革的加剧，生活质量的提高，人们对精神卫生保健需求的层次也越来越高，社区精神卫生服务工作已成为我国精神医学发展的趋势。笔者针对如何搞好社区精神卫生工作，分析我国社区精神卫生服务的现状及存在的问题，探讨新形势下本地区综合医院精神科如何发挥人才、技术、管理优势，开展社区精神卫生工作。

    [Abstract] With the transition of medical model from traditional model to "social-psychological-biological" model, the intensification of social changes and improvement of quality of life, people's demand level of mental health care becomes higher and higher, and community mental health services have become the development trend of China psychiatry.
