     [摘要] 目的 探讨斑贞1号、川芎嗪(TMP)和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)联合逆转人胃癌细胞系SGC-7901/ADR与LRP表达的相关性。 方法 采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)比较人胃癌细胞SGC-7901/ADR细胞在单纯5-FU和5-FU联合斑贞1号及TMP处理组肺耐药蛋白(LRP)mRNA的表达情况。 结果 5-FU组与阴性对照组比较,LRP mRNA表达差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);而5-FU联合斑贞1号及TMP处理组LRP mRNA表达量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 斑贞1号、TMP和5-FU联合逆转SGC-7901/ADR细胞耐药性可能与LRP基因相关,为当前胃癌的治疗提供了新的理论依据。

    Effect of Banzhen 1, Tetra methylpyrazine and 5 Fluorouracil on lung resistance protein of human gastric cancer cells gene expression

    [Abstracts] Objective To explore of the correlativity between Banzhen 1, Tetra methylpyrazine (TMP) and 5 Fluorouracil (5-Fu) reversing human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901/ADR with lung resistance protein (LRP) expressions. Methods Semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used for comparison of LRP mRNA expression for cell line SGC-7901/ADR in group of 5-FU, 5-FU combined with Banzhen 1 and Tetramethylpyrazine (TMP). Results The expression of LRP mRNA between the 5-FU group and the control group, there was no significant difference (P > 0.05), while 5-FU and Banzhen 1 group and Tetra methylpyrazine (TMP) group was decreased significantly with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is possible correlated to LRP for Banzhen 1, TMP and 5-FU reversed multidrug resistance in human gastric cancer cells, which may supply a new theoretical basis for the clinical effective treatment of gastric carcinoma.
