茂名地区病毒灭活血浆的临床应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨病毒灭活血浆的临床应用效果。 方法 将来自茂名地区的510例受血者随机分为两组,观察组受血者在临床治疗中输注病毒灭活血浆,对照组输注新鲜冰冻血浆,比较两组受血者输注血浆前后的体温、呼吸、脉搏、血压等生理指标,并比较两组中围术期受血者输注血浆后对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。 结果 输注血浆后,对照组与观察组受血者体温、呼吸、脉搏、血压等生理指标差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05);对照组与观察组中各受血者输血前后体温、呼吸、脉搏、血压等生理指标差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。对照组围术期受血者经输注血浆后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均显著降低,与输注血浆前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组中围术期受血者经输注血浆后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 病毒灭活血浆对受血者基本生理指标无明显影响,可减轻围术期受血者因输注血浆对机体免疫功能的抑制作用。

    Clinical effect discussion of the plasma by virus inactivation in Maoming area

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of the plasma by virus inactivation. Methods 510 cases in Maoming area were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were treated with the plasma by virus inactivation, and the patients in the control group were treated with the general fresh frozen plasma. The physiological indicators such as temperature, respiratory, pulse, blood pressure of the patients in two groups were compared before and after transfusion. T lymphocyte subsets of the patients in perioperative period in two groups were compared after transfusion. Results After transfusion, there was no significant difference in the physiological indicators such as temperature, respiratory, pulse, blood pressure between the control group and the observation group, and there was no significant difference before and after transfusion in two groups (P > 0.05). After transfusion, the serum CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ were significantly decreased in the control group during perioperative period (P < 0.05), and there was significant difference between the control group and the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The plasma by virus inactivation has no effect on the physiological indicators of the patients, and may reduce the immunosuppressive effect on patients in perioperative period after transfusion.
