[摘要] 目的 探讨对氧磷酯酶1(PON1)与2型糖尿病(DM)合并高血压的关系。 方法 将2型DM患者173例分为无高血压组(2型DM组)55例，轻度高血压组44例，中度高血压40例，重度高血压34例，并设健康对照组(NC组)49例。测量各组体重参数、血压，检测临床生化指标及血清PON1活性。 结果 2型DM组血清PON1活性低于NC组(P < 0.01)，2型DM合并高血压各组血清PON1活性低于2型DM组(P < 0.05或P < 0.01)，在2型DM合并高血压各组中随血压升高血清PON1活性降低。血清PON1活性与体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平呈显著负相关，与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈显著正相关。 结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血清PON1降低，且血压越高，PON1活性降低越显著。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between paraoxonase 1 (PON1) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) combined with concurrent hypertension.
