不同护理模式对老年心血管疾病患者生活质量的影响比较(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察采用不同护理模式对老年心血管疾病患者生活质量的影响和改善情况。 方法 将研究对象200例分为观察组和对照组各100例。在常规药物治疗的基础上,观察组采用舒适护理模式,对照组采用传统护理模式,采用汉化版简明健康调查表(SF-36)于不同护理模式实施前和患者出院前1周各评估1次,统计指标为总分。数据采用SPSS 13.0统计软件包进行分析(t检验)。 结果 观察组实施舒适护理模式护理后,患者生活质量各维度得分均明显提高,差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.001)。对照组患者生活质量各维度得分除生理职能、躯体疾病、一般健康状况、精力4个维度明显提高,与护理前相比差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05),其余各维度得分与护理前相比差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。但两组患者出院前生活质量各维度得分比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P < 0.001),观察组生活质量改善情况整体优于对照组。 结论 舒适护理模式与传统护理模式相比,前者可最大限度地满足老年心血管疾病患者身心需要,促进康复和改善提高患者生活质量。

    Comparison of impact of different nursing modes on the quality of life of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the impact of different nursing modes on the quality of life of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases and their improvement conditions. Methods The 200 study subjects were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 100 patients in each group respectively. On the basis of conventional medication, the observation group received comfort nursing mode and the control group received traditional nursing mode. The Chinesization version of simple health questionnaire (SF-36) was used to evaluate once the patients before the implementation of different nursing modes and one week before patient discharge. The statistical indicator was the total score. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 13.0 statistical package (t test). Results In the observation group, after the implementation of comfort nursing mode, various dimensions of the patients' quality of life all improved significantly, with very significant differences (P < 0.001). In the control group, various dimensions of the patients' quality of life improved significantly except the psychological function, physical disease, general health conditions and energy, with significant differences compared with those before nursing (P < 0 ......
