慢性大脑中动脉狭窄或闭塞的CT灌注成像(2)
然而,本研究存在一定的局限性。本组11例患者临床均出现明显的缺血症状,MRA显示大脑中动脉重度狭窄或闭塞,都能印证患侧脑组织灌注减低。然而临床工作中遇到另外一些大脑中动脉狭窄病例,临床没有任何症状,只是偶然发现,这类患者的脑血流灌注处于何种状态,以及与本组患者有何不同尚不得而知。当然这正是笔者下一步的研究目标。
