[摘要] 目的 观察平衡针配合温针治疗轻中度膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的疗效及特点。 方法 将60例轻中度OA患者随机分成平衡针加温针组(20例)、针刺组(20例)和西药组(20例)，连续治疗3周后评价OA患者中医生存质量量表和(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数动态结果。 结果 治疗3周后平衡针加温针组与西药组生存质量量表评分及疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；平衡针加温针组WOMAC指数在治疗半小时与西药组相比差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；治疗1周时差异消失(P > 0.05)，而治疗第2、3周后，疗效比较差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01、P < 0.05)。 结论 平衡针与温针结合具有良好的即时止痛效应与长期改善症状疗效，是值得推广的治疗OA的疗法之一。

Observation of the curative effect on balance acupuncture combined with needle warming therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect and it's peculiarity of balance acupuncture combined with needle warming therapy in the treatment of light and midium knee osteoarthritis (OA). Methods 60 patients with light and midium OA were randomly divided into acupuncture group (20 cases), Western medicine group (20 cases) and balance acupuncture-and-needle warming therapy group (20 cases). All patients were evaluated by TCM quality of life (QOL) instrument and results of dynamic observation of WOMAC scale after treatment for 3 weeks. Results After treatment for 3 weeks there was no different between Western medicine group and balance acupuncture-and-needle warming therapy group (P > 0.05)；compared with Western medicine group, results of WOMAC scale of balance acupuncture-and-needle warming therapy group showed significant difference after treatment for 30 minutes (P < 0.05)，and this difference disappeared after treatment for 1 week (P > 0 ......
