大鼠脑挫伤后碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的表达变化与损伤时间的推断研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究大鼠脑挫伤后脑组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)时序性表达的规律,探讨bFGF的表达与脑损伤经过时间的关系,旨在为法医实践中推断早期脑损伤时间提供科学依据。 方法 参照Feeney′s法建立SD大鼠脑损伤模型,每组8只将实验动物(n = 64)随机分为8个组(7个实验组,1个对照组),其中实验组依据损伤时间的不同分为1、6、12 h、1、2、3、7 d共7个亚组。应用免疫组化(SABC)法及免疫印迹(Western blot)法检测大鼠脑组织bFGF的含量。 结果 脑挫伤后6 h阳性细胞数逐渐增多,3 d达峰值,7 d已开始下降,但仍高于基础水平。 结论 挫伤后脑组织中bFGF的表达呈现出一定的时序性规律,为早期脑损伤时间的推断提供了实验依据。

    The inference study on the change of the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor and the time after brain contusion in rats

    [Abstract] Objective To study the temporality expression rule of basic fibroblast growth factor after brain contusion in rats, and to investigate the relationship between the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and the time after brain contusion, in order to provide scientific evidence for practice of legal medicine to conclude the time of inchoate brain contusion. Methods 64 adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 8 groups (7 of experiment groups and 1 of control group). The rats in experiment group were divided into 7 groups after contusion injury which was performed by the drop method with Feeney's way: 1 h group, 6 h group, 12 h group, 1 d group, 2 d group, 3 d group, 7 d group.
