锁骨钩钢板加喙肩韧带重建喙锁韧带联合中药治疗肩锁关节脱位(1)

[摘要] 目的 评估应用锁骨钩钢板加喙肩韧带重建喙锁韧带联合中药治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。 方法 选择2006年10月～2010年10月我院收治的肩锁关节脱位住院患者80例的临床资料，将所有患者随机分为两组，A组40例采用锁骨钩钢板加喙肩韧带重建喙锁韧带联合中药治疗；B组40例采用锁骨钩钢板加锚钉重建喙锁韧带治疗。比较两组患者肩关节功能恢复时间及术前、术后JOA评分情况。 结果 两组治疗后的JOA评分，A组为(96.17±1.10)分，B组为(88.35±2.14)分，两组比较差异有统计学意义(t = 3.495，P < 0.05)。80例患者全部进行了随访，时间为6～24个月，平均14个月，骨折均愈合良好。A组肩关节功能恢复时间为4～8个月，平均为(5.3±1.1)个月。B组为6～9个月，平均为(7.4±1.6)个月，两组比较差异有统计学意义(t = 2.982，P < 0.05)。 结论 采用锁骨钩钢板加张力带或锚钉重建喙锁韧带联合中药治疗肩锁关节脱位手术操作简便，对肩部生理功能影响小，韧带重建可靠，内固定牢固，近期疗效满意。
