热断层扫描技术在甲状腺疾病中的临床应用研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究热断层(TTM)扫描技术在甲状腺疾病中的临床应用价值。 方法 选取我院做TTM扫描者共15 274例,检出甲状腺代谢热异常者400例,再行彩色多普勒及甲状腺功能检测,计算符合率并比较分析。 结果 400例甲状腺代谢热异常的患者,经甲状腺功能测定和彩色多普勒诊断甲状腺疾病的364例,与临床符合率为91.00%,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 热断层扫描技术在甲状腺疾病早期发现中有应用价值。

    Study on the clinical value of the Thermal Texture Maps (TTM) in the therapy of thyroid disease

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of the thermal texture maps (TTM) in the therapy of thyroid disease. Methods 15 274 cases were selected with TTM scan and 400 cases were checked out with abnormal thyroid metabolic thermal, then color doppler ultrasound and thyroid function tests were used to confirm, clinical coincidence rate was calculated and the result was analysed. Results 364 cases were confirmed with thyroid diseases by color doppler ultrasound and thyroid function tests. The clinical coincidence rate was 91.00%, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion TTM is worthy of clinical application in the early diagnosis of thyroid disease.

    随着影像技术的飞速发展以及人们健康意识的提高,甲状腺疾病的检出率越来越高,现将解放军第一八〇医院利用热断层(TTM)扫描技术对甲状腺疾病的临床应用研究报道如下:

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    选取2010年5月~2012年2月来我院做TTM扫描者共15 274例,检出甲状腺代谢热异常者400例,其中356例做了彩色多普勒对照检查,44例做了甲状腺功能检测。男184例,女216例,年龄11~79岁,平均44.35岁。10~19岁者3例;20~29岁者27例;30~39岁者92例;40~49岁者152例;50~59岁者93例;60~69岁者26例;70~79岁者7例 ......
