[摘要] 目的 对PSA测定在乳腺癌中的作用以及临床意义进行评价分析。 方法 随机抽取在2009年3月～2012年3月我院收治的乳腺癌患者85例，乳腺增生患者83例，以及同期健康体检者80例作为研究对象，采用化学发光免疫法对研究对象的血清PSA水平进行测定，并比较测定结果。 结果 乳腺癌组PSA水平最高，与乳腺增生、健康者比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 所有研究对象的血清中均存在一定水平的PSA表达，并且会由于乳腺疾病的恶化程度的增加而升高，这对临床乳腺癌诊断以及预后评估均具有重要临床意义。

Effect and clinical significance of PSA determination in breast cancer

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect and clinical significance of PSA determination in breast cancer. Methods 85 cases of patients with breast cancer, 83 cases of patients with breast hyperplasia and 80 healthy controls were extracted randomly from our hospital during March 2009 to March 2012. And chemiluminescent immunoassay was used to measure and compare their PSA levels. Results The PSA levels of breast cancer group were the highest, and there were significant differences among breast cancer, breast hyperplasia and healthy controls. Conclusion There are different expression levels of PSA in serum of all the study subjects, and the PSA contents arise with the increasing of the deterioration degree of breast disease. It has important clinical significance in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.

乳腺癌是一种恶性肿瘤，会对妇女健康的恶性肿瘤造成严重威胁，近几年的发病率呈现逐年上升的趋势，并且年龄逐渐年轻化，对广大女性患者的身心健康造成严重危害[1]。针对提高乳腺癌生存率而言关键为早期诊断以及早期积极治疗[2]。本次研究中出于对PSA测定在乳腺癌中的作用以及临床意义进行评价分析的目的，对我院收治的乳腺癌、乳腺增生患者以及健康体检者进行血清PSA水平检测，并进行了比较分析，现汇报结果如下：
1 资料与方法
