高效液相色谱串联质谱法鉴定山银花水提取液的化学成分(1)

     [摘要] 目的 建立快速、准确分析山银花水提取液的化学成分的高效液相色谱串联质谱方法。 方法 采用水为溶剂加热回流提取法提取山银花药材,提取液采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法对其主要的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。 结果 在负离子模式下,21个主要的化学成分得到了较好的分离,其中16个通过串联质谱进行了结构鉴定,10个通过对照品得到了确证。 结论 高效液相色谱串联质谱法可有效用于山银花药材的化学成分的分析鉴定。

    Identification of the major components from the water extract of Lonicerae Flos by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry

    [Abstract] Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatogranphy coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MSn) method for analyzing the chemical constituents from the water extract of Lonicerae Flos rapidly and accurately. Methods Lonicerae Flos was extracted by reflux extraction using water as solvent, and the extract was separated and identified by HPLC-MSn. Results Under the negative-ion mode, 21 major constituents were well separated, 16 of them were identified by tandem mass spectrometer and 10 of them were confirmed by a comparison. Conclusion The HPLC-MSn method is useful for the rapid identification of the chemical constituents from Lonicerae Flos.
