[摘要] 目的 调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的社会支持情况，分析社会支持与其情绪调节自我效能感之间的关系。 方法 采用情绪调节自我效能感量表和社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。 结果 慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者具有中等水平社会支持，其中以主观支持为主；情绪调节自我效能感与社会支持相关；城乡患者与是否具有医保的不同患者社会支持度和情绪调节自我效能感存在显著差异。 结论 关注患者的社会支持，有助于提高患者的情绪调节效能感，利于疾病的治疗和康复。

Effect of social support on the regulatory emotional self-efficacy in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the social support of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and analyze the relationship between social support and regulatory emotional self-efficacy. Methods The regulatory emotional self-efficacy and social support rating scale were used for survey. Results Moderate levels of social support were observed in the COPD patients, for which mainly was the subjective support; the regulatory emotional self-efficacy was significantly positively related to the social support; the self-efficacy emotion regulation and social support patients were different significantly between different patients from city or country, with health care or not. Conclusion Improvement patients′ social support help to enhance regulatory emotional self-efficacy might contribute to the treatment and rehabilitation.
