退变性腰椎侧凸的手术治疗比较复杂，并发症也比较多，尤是在伴有骨质疏松时，国内外对这方面的报道很多，上述是笔者在治疗这类疾病中的一些经验，希望能对退变性腰椎侧凸的手术治疗有参考意义。
