     综上所述，美托洛尓联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症合并心房颤动能够明显改善患者的临床症状和降低患者fT3、fT4和HR，临床疗效确切，优于美托洛尓联合丙基硫氧嘧啶，该方案具有安全可靠和不良反应少等特点，值得进一步推广。
