老年性前循环动脉瘤的神经外科治疗(3)
SAH后脑血管自动调节功能可以用经颅多普勒超声或正电子发射断层显像无创检测[14-17]，脑血流速或流量在出血后3～5 d无减少者，预示调节功能良好，可以积极手术治疗，本组患者未观察该项指标，有待今后研究探讨。
