[摘要] 目的 探讨卵母细胞体外成熟培养液的改良及研究。 方法 选取昆明小鼠50只作为研究对象，根据培养液的不同将50只小鼠分为A组和B组，每组各25只。A组采用低糖细胞培养基(DMEM)培养，B组采用含15%～20%胎牛血清的人类输卵管液培养，两组在相同条件下进行培养，比较两组的体外受精率、正常受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、可移植胚胎率、妊娠率及活产率。 [关键词] 卵母细胞体外成熟；培养液；小鼠；体外受精
