[摘要] 目的 观察新辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和手术结果的影响。 方法 选取枣庄市妇幼保健院2007年8月～2011年12月收治的局部晚期宫颈癌81例作为研究对象，41例晚期宫颈癌患者作为观察组，术前采用新辅助化疗；40例晚期宫颈癌患者作为对照组，直接行手术治疗。检测患者化疗前后血清VEGF，并比较两组手术结果。 [关键词] 宫颈癌；新辅助化疗；血管内皮生长因子

[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on VEGF and surgical results of patients with cervical cancer. Methods From August 2007 to December 2011， 81 cases with locally advanced cervical cancer in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zaozhuang City were selected. 41 patients were in the observation group， 40 patients were in the control group.
