[摘要] 目的 探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。 结论 两种术式均能有效缓解骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的疼痛，改善生活质量，同时PKP能更好地恢复伤椎高度，减少骨水泥渗漏的发生率。
