[摘要] 目的 探讨增城市荔城农村老年高尿酸血症流行现状及相关危险因素，探索社区综合防治措施。 方法 采用分阶段系统随机抽样，抽取荔城街农村60岁以上老人1036名，进行问卷调查、常规体检(包括血压、身高、体重、腰围、臀围)及实验室检测(包括血尿酸、血糖、血脂、肝功能、肾功能等)。[关键词] 高尿酸血症；患病率；危险因素；非条件Logistic回归分析
