[摘要] 本文分析了中药制剂技能型人才培养的现状，提出了基于工作过程运用八步教学法的中药制剂技能型人才培养模式，介绍了基于工作过程建立中药制剂技能型人才培养的教学资源库建设方案，描述了采用“八步教学法”的教学理念进行人才培养的方法，并归纳总结了本项目的研究内容、研究前景、研究策略、实施途径及研究意义。
