[摘要] 目的 探讨普外科急诊手术切口裂开的原因及分析。 方法 回顾性分析2012年1月～2013年12月永康市骨科医院普外科行剖腹手术患者469例，采用Logistic回归分析方法对影响患者切口裂开的相关因素和护理措施进行研究。 结果 术后激素使用，合并糖尿病，营养不良或肥胖，切口感染以及高龄是普外科患者腹部切口裂开的危险因素。 结论 普外科急诊手术切口裂开与术后激素使用，合并糖尿病，营养不良或肥胖，切口感染以及高龄等因素有关。
