综上所述，本研究显示，肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、NLR水平、手术方式是GSC预后的独立影响因素。若出现这些情况，应在术中更加严格遵循无瘤及R0根治原则，加强术后复查和随访，一旦发现异常及时行胃黏膜活检，争取对GSC进行早期诊断和行根治性手术治疗，从而提高GSC患者的生存期。
