[摘要] 发育型乳糖不耐受症患儿虽长期腹泻，伴有腹痛、排气、哭闹等不适症状，但并不影响生长发育，可通过添加辅食或免乳糖奶粉喂养改善患儿不适症状，提高生活舒适度，但需注意随访观察。本文报道1例发育型乳糖不耐受症的临床及实验室特征， 并进行相关文献回顾，探讨发育型乳糖不耐受症的临床特点，以提高对该病的认识，避免不必要的有创检查甚至抗生素治疗。
