纪清推拿治疗腰痛经验(1)
[摘要] 本文对纪清主任推拿治疗腰痛的诊疗经验、特色手法结合临床验案进行了系统的总结。纪清主任临床诊治腰痛时充分渗透了中医的整体观思想，重视多因素与腰痛之间的关系，心身同治，防病与治病相结合，还努力延伸推拿功用，手法与功法并施，筋骨并重；取穴中注重远部选穴的效用，以远治近，避免对急性腰痛患者痉挛肌肉的不良激惹；在传统手法诊治的基础上，注重经筋推拿，重视触诊，在筋结处施以一指禅推法等，起到理筋整复、舒筋解痉的作用。纪清主任将理论与实践相结合，通过三十年临床上不断摸索与优化诊疗措施，在腰痛的治疗上取得了良好的疗效。
