临床路径在内分泌科临床教学中的应用(1)
[摘要] 临床路径是针对某一种疾病建立的一套标准化治疗模式，以循证医学证据和指南为指导，从而促进疾病的诊治和管理。临床路径具有简洁易懂、可操作性高、诊治疗效强的特点。本文通过结合临床路径与病史采集、体格检查、实验室检查、诊断和治疗，以糖尿病及其并发症为例，探讨临床路径教学在内分泌科教学中的意义。提倡开展专科临床路径教学，规范临床医疗实践，提高医疗质量，能为学生提供理论和实践相结合的平台，有利于实习医生临床思维能力和探索创新能力的提高。
