[摘要] 脓毒症是感染的反应失控导致危及生命的器官功能衰竭，病情危重，可发展为脓毒性休克。凝血功能障碍与脓毒症患者病情严重程度及预后存在着密不可分的关系，凝血功能障碍贯穿于脓毒症的整个病理过程。本文主要对于脓毒症的凝血功能障碍的发病机制及中医治疗进展加以综述，以期为临床治疗脓毒症提供新的治疗思路和方法。
