综上所述，男性酒精依赖患者认知功能下降、肝功能指标ALT、AST和GGT升高，红细胞指标RBC、HGB和HCT降低，认知功能与红细胞相关指标密切相关。认知功能和ALT可作为男性酒精依赖患者的诊断指标。但本研究为单中心且样本量较少，需要进一步进行多中心大样本量的临床验证探究。
