持续性护理健康教育对乳腺科手术患者认知水平及满意度的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨持续性护理健康教育对乳腺科手术患者认知水平和满意度的应用效果。 方法 选取2016年1月~2017年2月唐山市人民医院乳腺科收治的乳腺手术患者840例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各420例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用持续性护理健康教育,比较两组患者的疾病知识和相关技能得分、依从性、满意度评分及并发症发生率。 结果 观察组患者疾病知识得分和相关技能得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组总满意度(92.9%)高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组依从性高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。 结论 持续性护理健康教育改善了乳腺科手术患者的认知水平和依从性,提高了患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of continuous care health education on the cognitive level and satisfaction in patients underwent breast surgery. Methods A total of 840 patients underwent breast surgery from January 2016 to February 2017 in the Department of Breast, Tangshan People′s Hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group by random digital table, with 420 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was given continuous care health education on the basis of control group. The scores of disease knowledge acquisition and nuring skills, compliance, the score of nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of disease knowledge acquisition and nursing skills in observation group were higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05); the nursing satisfaction in the observation group (92.9%) was higher than that of control group (80.0%), with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The compliance in the observation group was higher than that of control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group and the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Continuous care health education can improve the cognitive level and compliance of patients underwent breast surgery, promote nursing satisfaction of patients. It is worth popularizing clinically.

    乳腺疾病是一種常见病、多发病,可发生于青春期后任何年龄段的女性,是一种严重影响女性身心健康甚至危及生命的最常见的恶性疾病之一[1]。早期临床表现为乳房肿块和疼痛,其致病原因尚不明确[2]。乳腺疾病是严重危害妇女健康的主要疾病之一,取得治疗最佳效果关键要早预防、早发现、早治疗[3]。确诊为乳腺疾病的患者常会出现不同程度的心理障碍,约80%的乳腺癌患者会在治疗期或康复期出现心理问题,大部分表现为一定程度的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等,其中40%~60%会出现较为明显的抑郁症状,需要专业的心理治疗。约10%患者发展为抑郁症或其他精神类疾病[4]。目前,临床上采用的治疗方法主要为手术治疗,但手术对患者的身体、心理上都有一定的影响,因此,给予患者不同程度的护理干预是手术治疗的有效补充[5]。本研究针对观察组患者实施持续性护理健康教育,改善了患者对疾病的认知程度,提高了患者的满意度。现报道如下:, http://www.100md.com(刘新华 周立芝 李建君 张凤萍 李丽)
