[摘要] 肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种功能性肠道疾病，其中以腹泻为主要表现的肠易激综合征称作腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)。陆敏教授认为久病失治、情志不遂、饮食不节等为IBS-D病因，易导致肝失疏泄、脾虚不运，从而导致肝气乘脾。临证我们将抑肝扶脾、辅以交通心肾法用于治疗IBS-D，颇有良效。
