[摘要] 为探讨临床药师培养的方法，本文总结了临床药师培训带教方法并介绍了临床药师培训教学经验。同时结合内分泌专业特点，将每个药学监护工作环节设计成规范化表格和教案的形式有利于学员快速掌握，使整个培训带教工作井然有序，规范进行。
