[摘要] 根据现代医学对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征病理生理的认识，结合传统中医对“毒”邪病因的认识，本病当存在“虚”“瘀”“毒”致病的病因病机。本文着重从“虚”“瘀”“毒”在本病发生发展过程中的相互作用，探索相应的有效治法及方药，对丰富本病的中医病因学、提高临床疗效具有重要意义。
