[摘要] 本文旨在探索构建不良事件规范化管理的范式，为医疗机构不良事件管理工作提供理论参考；通过专家访谈和德尔菲法，初步明确了不良事件规范化管理需遵循的伦理原则、目标要求及其实现路径等要素，构建了不良事件规范化管理的范式。
