[摘要] 本文介绍了我国白内障手术的现状，总结了青年眼科医师培养中存在的问题，提出依托智能化、信息化体系快速、大量、高标准地开展青年眼科医师培养的策略和利用最新的计算机视觉处理技术进行眼科手术视频数据处理分析的可行性，以期为将来通过眼科手术视频数据设计辅助手术工具和模拟培训体系培训青年眼科医师提供指导。
