[摘要] 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是老年常见病，其中部分患者最终会发展为肺间质纤维化。武维屛教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺间质纤维化疗效突出，武教授认为该病病机为正气不足，外邪侵袭，证候以气阴两虚为主，痰浊、瘀血在发病过程中起着重要作用。武教授在治法上以化痰通络、益气养血为主，处方用药平和中正，药简效宏。
