[摘要] 本文回顾免疫营养起源及发展过程，简述了临床常用的4种免疫营养素谷氨酰胺、精氨酸、多不饱和脂肪酸、微生态免疫营养在消化道肿瘤中各自独特的抗肿瘤特性，以及目前免疫营养在临床使用过程中面临的挑战和对未来的展望。结合国内外近年来免疫营养的文献报道加以综述，为消化道肿瘤患者临床营养治疗提供参考。
