[摘要] 糖尿病性白内障(DC)是糖尿病常见的眼部并发症，手术治疗是主要的治疗手段，但手术风险高并发症多，通过一些有效的药物可能能够控制DC的发生和发展，达到延缓或治疗DC的目的。本文归纳总结了最近几年研究中与DC相关药物，及其在预防和治疗过程中的研究进展和临床应用。
