[摘要] “毒”在中医古文献中释义广泛，多指药性，疾病的病因病理、病证，亦可用作动词或形容词。肿瘤中“毒”主要指癌毒、痰毒、瘀毒以及浊毒，在中医药治疗过程中，可从毒攻毒法、解毒法、排毒法等方面论治。虽均为治毒，但“毒”的指向不同，临床运用的方法和思想理论亦有所差别。本文将阐述中医药治疗肿瘤过程中对“毒”的认识和运用。
