[摘要] 全科医学以促进居民的全面健康为目标，健康中国的发展离不开全科医学的发展。全科医生是全科医学的主要执行者，也是健康中国战略的主力军。只有既具备较高专业素养又具备较高人文素养的全科医生才能肩负起此重任，推动健康中国的建设。本文从健康中国的内涵出发，对叙事医学产生的背景及相关概念进行了全面分析;进而指出叙事医学融入全科医学，有助于落实全科医学“以人为中心”的理念、有助于全科医生与服务对象建立长期稳定的医患关系，并且能够缓解全科医生的职业缓解倦怠感;最后提出健康中国视阈下全科医学教育中叙事医学能力的培养路径，旨在从长远意义上构建和谐医患关系，加速健康中国战略的步伐。
