[摘要]分别对33例单侧Ⅰ度唇裂的患者依照其不同的病情，采用弧线法、等边三角形法、“V-Y”成形术和“Z”成形术等手术切口对其进行了整复，均取得了较为满意的修复结果，现介绍如下。

    [Abstract]We did restorative surgery on 33 patients with unilateral cleft lipⅠdegree, using arc method, equilateral triangle method,‘V-Y’angioplasty and‘Z’angioplasty based on different clinical conditions, and all of that reached satisfactory results.
